WIN-Opto: Send text messages with the software solution for opticians

The optician business Walliser Optik has built up a customer base of approximately 2,800 customers over the years.

For the handling of everyday business, customer management and supplier management, managing director Adrian Walliser decided to use the software solution WIN-Opto from the company COSMO Media GmbH.

WIN-Opto is a modern and professional software solution for opticians, which allows, among other things, to remind customers via SMS of appointments in advance or to notify, e.g. if the glasses are ready for collection.
